- LM guideway slide with ball screw or rack and pinion drive arrangement, driven by servo motor.
- Heavy duty work head spindle with 3 jaw or 4 jaw chuck for rigid clamping the component.
- Pressure head with 3 jaw or 4 jaw or cone location for rigid clamping of the component, feeding high pressure coolant and guiding the tool.
- Tool steady for supporting the drill tube to avoid whipping and for better hole straightness.
- Coolant system with high pressure pumps, oil chiller and micro filtration system.
- Siemens / Fanuc CNC system.
