The Orbital Automation Service division is dedicated to ensuring our clients’ machines stay working proficiently and efficiently throughout the lifetime of it. We have our workforce directly or indirectly involved in the front-line service and support operations. Our service and support operations are extensive and covered. We are obsessive about customer service and support, and truly believe that the excellent machinery we sell demands equally excellent service too.

Service Agreements

We provide a maintenance programme designed to protect your production schedules, maximise your output, with substantial savings on both parts and labour, keeping you ahead of the competition. Our service agreements are meticulously designed to maintain the performance of your investment through access to our trained engineers and critical support resources.

Our trained engineers will complete a service of machinery and will give you a full report of recommendations and any work undertaken.
Orbital Automation Ltd service agreement packages come in 3 tiers, with each package offering comprehensive cover and discount on parts and labour.

Spares and Parts

It’s a fact that every machine will, over time, need certain components or parts to be replaced. Whilst this doesn’t happen too frequently with our machines, when it does that, we are on hand to offer direct assistance through our spare and replacement parts operation. The performance and productivity of machinery can be improved via the integration of ancillary equipment. We hold ancillary equipment for machinery centres in stock at our campus facility.

Warranties

All new machines come with a standard 12-month warranty. Extended warranty packages up to 5 Years are also available.
